Make an application for the 2024 Latvian Government Scholarship for international students to learn in Latvia. The grants are under the State Education Development Agency (SEDA; VIAA in Latvian). Qualification
- Candidates must be citizens from nations that have signed a consensus with Latvia or provide grants for Latvian nationals.
- Even though the language of instruction at Latvian higher schools is primarily Latvian, there are so many study courses provided in English, and these courses in English are not free. Students who select English programs may use the grant to protect the program expenses.

Application
