Eligibility

This administrative scholarship course is available for applicants who satisfy the following conditions.

  • International nationals from all non-EU nations, with the exclusions below:
  1. Nationals of Romanian origin or individuals who are an aspect of Romanian historical societies close to Romania are entitled to various scholarship courses.
  2. Nationals who have demanded or obtained a method of protection in Romania
  3. Stateless individuals who stay on the territory of Romania are formally identified based on the law.
  4. The diplomatic or consular corps members or relatives of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited to Romania.
  5. The administrative members and technical staff of diplomatic missions and consular offices are accredited to Romania.
  6. Staff members of foreign organizations living in Romania or relatives of staff of foreign organizations residing in Romania.
  7. Beneficiaries of an award from the Romanian regions for the cycle of study.
  • Again, the candidate is required to:
  1. Be able to present a filled-out file.
  2. Submit study papers allocated by accredited or identified education universities in the nation where they were given.
  3. Observe the registration deadline.
  4. Have good academic results, each on an average of the study years, for the previous graduate school of a minimum of seven aligning to the scoring system in Romania or the ideal score.
  5. Observe the application presentation system.

For the Romanian language and culture to be encouraged, the recipients of the scholarship awarded by the Romanian state for undergraduate and master’s student studies only in the Romanian language. Documents Required

  1. Duplicates of the diplomas acquired and their endorsed translation in English, Spanish, French, or Romanian if relevant.
  2. Duplicates of transcripts of the concluded studies and their permitted translation in English, Spanish, Romanian, or French. If relevant
  3. If relevant, Duplicate certificate of birth or an equivalent paper and the permitted translation in English, Romanian, Spanish, or French.
  4. CV in French or English
  5. When it comes to the doctoral cycle, the applicant is required to present an intent letter which comprises the list of scientific jobs, professional publications, and an explicit illustration of the suggested study project, and also the consensus of an educator, which is required to be a member of the selected doctoral institution. These documents are required to be composed in English, Romanian, or French.

Note: For the applicant’s enrollment to be authentic, the person must express their approval of the agreement to process personal information by signing the GDPR statement. Applicants are required to offer a duplicate (if relevant to them) of the following:

  • If relevant, evidence of change of name and the approved translation into English, Spanish, French, or Romanian.
  • Credential ascertaining the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor, or master test, as the situation may be, for graduates yet to hold a certificate and an approved translation in French, English, Spanish, or Romania.

  • Notarized statement of parental approval in applicants who have yet to reach 18 by the date of starting the program and the approved translation in English, French, Romanian, or Spanish.
